Mobile and Workshop Based Engineer (Out of hours mobile service subject to availability)
Call out support £78 includes first 30 minutes of labour in a radius of up to 30 miles of IP13 6EQ.
(Costs for a call-out beyond this will be agreed at time of booking).
Mobile services will only be offered if the work environment is safe and practical to do so.
If your leisure vehicle is in storage or not parked on your land, please ensure that you have the owner's permission for the engineer to access the property.
It would be greatly appreciated if I have sufficient parking space for my work's van as close as possible.

Caravan service includes overall check of the running gear and chassis, condition of tyres, external lights and reflectors, braking systems, jockey wheel, coupling head, corner steadies, and stabilisers.

Habitation Check
£192.00 plus parts. Caravan/motorhome/campervan
- All appliances including smoke detectors, carbon monoxide alarms and fire extinguishers checked for safety and operation
- Full gas system check - Inspecting gas system(s) and supply, bottles, gas hose and regulator for condition, suitability and compliance, gas leak test
- Gas appliance combustion and carbon monoxide testing
-Electrical systems 12v and 240v safety tested, including full RCD testing
- Ventilation points checked for free-flow of air
-Interior inspection of doors, hinges, catches, locks, stays, blinds and fly screens
- Exterior inspection of panels, lockers, and attachments
- Water supply, waste and toilet systems checked
- Habitation certificate supplied
Non-invasive damp test £60.00
Caravan/motorhome - Ceiling, walls and floor are checked for levels of moisture using a non-invasive damp meter. A concise report is generated. If the readings are indicative of water ingress, further investigation can be carried out.
Fridge service £60.00

Touring caravan & C class motorhome - £276.00
A class motorhome - £396.00
N.B Caravans/motorhomes not equipped for fluid changes may require modification chargeable as extra.
What to do Before Your Service
Ensure the leisure vehicle is sited on level ground.
Gas bottle hooked up with sufficient gas.
Electric hook-up connected.
Fill the water barrell/tank.
Ensure there is easy access to appliances: Fridge, cooker, heater, etc.
Make sure the fuse box is unobstructed.
Cupboards as empty as possible: I will need to access the wall and ceiling panels inside cupboards, and hard to reach areas to carry out a damp test/water ingress inspection.
Storage areas housing water pump, pipes, etc. also need to be as empty as possible.
Keys: Please have all keys ready for doors, lockers, etc.
